Binding Effect; Modifications to these Terms and Conditions

By using the Site or any services provided in connection with the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as they may be amended by the Company from time to time. Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time. You will be notified via email of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions.
