Chewy Apple & Oat Bars

(Vegan & Gluten Free)





  • 4 tbsps coconut oil
    100g milled flax seed
    200ml Flawsome! Apple Juice
    X2 granny smith apples (peeled, cored and greeted)
    100g pumpkin seeds
    100g sunflower seeds
    250g gluten free oats


Preheat oven to 180c. Line a 23cm baking pan with greaseproof paper.

 Melt the coconut oil in a large saucepan with the maple syrup. Once melted, stir in the apple juice and flax seeds. Add the grated apples, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and oats.
Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Pour the mixture  into the lined baking pan and place on the middle shelf in the oven for 45 minutes until golden. Once cooked and cooled, slice into squares and enjoy!
