- Banana Peels
Pure Cane Sugar
Mason Jar or Container
Diced banana skins and place in a jar.
A equal weight of sugar to the banana and leave overnight.
A syrup will form so you then need to blend this all together.
Strain with a cheesecloth and boil it up.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a month.
